This Privacy Policy explains how Hyper Liquid Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit the HYPERLIQUID website (the "Site") or purchase our Products. We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the business.

Email sign-ups. When you join our drop list we collect the email address you provide and the date you subscribed, so we can send you product news, launch announcements and promotional offers.

Order information. When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided) and the items you purchased. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

Support inquiries. When you contact us we keep a record of your message and our response so we can resolve your request.

No tracking pixels or analytics. We do not run third-party analytics, ad networks or tracking pixels on the Site. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill, ship and support your orders;
• Send drop list emails you have opted in to receive;
