How Hyper Liquid is sold
Hyper Liquid is a monthly subscription. A fresh 12-pack of the system you selected ships every 30 days. We do not sell one-off cans because a single pack is not enough time for your biology to register a measurable response.
3-month minimum commitment
Every subscription carries a 3-month minimum commitment — the window most adaptive systems need to begin showing meaningful shifts in energy, recovery, and cognitive baseline. You will be billed monthly for the first three deliveries. After your third shipment, you can pause, swap systems, or cancel at any time directly from your account.
Shipping
Every monthly shipment is included — there is no separate shipping fee. Orders ship from our California fulfillment center within 1–2 business days of each renewal and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.
Once your order leaves our facility you will receive a tracking email. HYPERLIQUID is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier and reported missing.
Refunds & quality
We stand behind every can. If a shipment arrives damaged or a specific batch has a quality issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the affected cans at no additional cost.
For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened beverages, and the first three monthly shipments of your subscription are non-refundable once delivered. After month three, future shipments can be cancelled at any time.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, email a photo of the package and packing slip to Customers@thehyperliquid.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Managing your subscription
From month four onward you can pause, skip, swap systems, or cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing us. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to apply to that delivery.
